As most of our lambs are born in December
they stay indoors for much of the winter. On a fine winters day they find
the great outdoors just a little daunting.

Up until the early 20th century this is where
the carriage horses lived. |
The middle barn as we call it is mostly
used for lambs pre-weaning.
|
The pigsties are a little too close to the
house for pigs these days. |

The carriage house from the side. The
stable lad lived at the top. |
On the right is the heat room for the
pigsties last used in the 40's. |
